When I reach 45 mph and accelerate, I hear a rattleing/clicking noise. It goes away at around 50-55 mph or when I floor it. It sounds kind of like the lifters, but I don't think that's what it is. Any suggestions on what it might be. Any help would be great. thanks

It might just need the valve adjustment.

Detonation or ping in the engine (pre-ignition)? Flexplate? Rattle can be a lot of different noises. Manual or auto? Tin work around the exhaust?

If you think it is pinging try better gas for a tank or two and see if it goes away.
