Carter AFB "Off Road Kit"

I have heard of an alledged "Off Road Kit" for Carter AFB's.Is any one familiar with this kit?Where did you get it?I have a 400 CFM AFB and Offy dual port intake I want to try on my CJ and figured this kit should be in it from the get-go.
