Need Info on Swaping Engines

I am going to be putting a Cummins 4BT in a Jeep wrangler 1900 and up not sure on the year yet deppends on what year I get. I need to know what needs to be done with computers or making it work with the wiring thats in the jeep already some info could be usefull on choosing a year and making the swap

To the best of my knowledge only a handful of those swaps have been done. Good luck on finding any documentation on it.
