I saw in the Quadratec catalog that they only list 1 set of axles for the Dana 44 and believe you are correct Rick. This is all from the axle swap I did http://www.myjeeprocks.com/forums/sh...ighlight=axles .Before I pulled the axles off the '75 frame I pulled the drain plugs and checked the color & smell of the differential gear oil,and it was great, so I didn't pull the covers to check the gears(I'm smarter now).As it turns out the front axle was 3.73 gears and the rear had 4.27 gears, uugggghhhh.A friend brought over a set of Dana 44 3.73's so I figured I'd throw in the trac-lok at this time since it's apart."Good Girls and Dirty Jeeps" a song by Opal Justice http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9xRtRE45OVQ

I think 1970 or 1972. His '75 is actually pretty common since all CJ's (any length) from '72 to '75 used the D44, and were all the same width and 30 spline flanged shafts.1986 CJ-7; 4.6L stroker, balanced & blueprinted; 5" lift, 35x1250 MTRs, Poison Spyder Full Width kit,
