    well, it seems that it will all be taken care of under warranty.
    i can not explain what made the bolts losen up, nor can the installer.
    there is a lot to be said for a shop standing behind their work. in this case, it appears that this is the case.

    the damage has not yet been thoroughly inspected, but the arb "case" is something that will be ordered. the rest of it will be gone through, and i am sure that it will be taken care of in an above board manner.
    the R&P will be checked, etc...

    i dont have anything bad to say about the shop, nor installer. in fact, i wont even mention who they are until everything is finished. at that time i will start a new thread praising them for standing behind their work with no hassles.

    thanks for looking. i will post the outcome, and any progress as this gets worked out.
    at this time there will be some parts ordered to repair it.

      This looks and sound way too familar, glad to see it's working out for you as wellas my situation. A good honest shop is hard to find. The one I use is a one bay shop the doesn't rely national press, they can't afford to blow off customers.
