Ok the jeep That I am planning on buying has a problem with the carb. awhile ago he stroked the motor and had the original carb on at the time. He has ran a different one for some time now. and now that he needs to smog it he has to put the original one back one. Now that it is on something is wrong and neither of us can figure out what it is. He says that it will idle fine for a minute or two and then it will just flood itself out. Its a new carb and he has checked and re checked all the seals. any ideas as to what the problem could be?
