1997 cherokee xj rough idle. need help

I have a cherokee xj with a rough idle, idle changes and is never steady. I've checked all vacume lines and all were fine sprayed every fitting and line while iddleing and no change in idle. Cleaned the throttle body and replaced iac valve spark plugs checked wires and cap are new. Im stuck now Any one have any ideas would be muchly appreciated thank you.
