05 Rubicon transmission removal problem

I'm trying to remove the transmission (6speed) so I can replace the clutch. I have all the bolts removed and I cant get the bell housing to come off of the alignment pin on the drivers side. It starts to separate on the passenger side. Any ideas or tricks.

Got it apart. Soaked the alignment pins and pried it between the oil pan and the trans dust shield.
