Proper Lube for a NV3550?

What lube should I put in Tams NV3550 5 speed? The owners manual says I should use some MoPar stuff, but is there an alternative?

ATF maybe? I know thats what GM(some) and Ford vehicles use. But I'd double check, Mopar might have a "special" formula.

it must be in the same boat as the ax15 with the gl3-4 stuff. you have to get it from a race shop, or synchromesh has the 3/4 rating but is not synthetic.
