Christain,
I have a 77 CJ-7 that I built with a Dodge dana 60 up front and a Chevy 14 bolt in the rear.
I left them full width for the stability running SOA.
My rear springs are Rancho 44044's and the fronts are Rancho 2-1/2" lift soft ride rear CJ springs.
When running full width axles you will need to relocate your front spring mounts on the frame, the rears are ok,just move the rear axle mounts.
I am also running 37" tall tires mounted on Hummer H2 rims, they have the same back spacing as a front wheel drive rim,so the rim fits deeper over the axle.
Outside of tire to outside of tire on my junk is 81"
If you have any other questions just e-mail me.
Here are a few pics of my junk.
Don.
