t18 a dana 300 adaptor

i picked up a used t18a with a novak adaptor to mate to a dana 300 i went to put them to gether and the bolt patterns dont mate, the 300 is 6 on 6 round and the adaptor is 6 on 6 7/8 or 7 looking for someone with an adaptor for sale im hopin that i dont have to swap out the shafts anyone gos something lyin around
