Help with SYE in fresno

I have having some major issues with the teraflex SYE kit. I installed everything like i was supposed to and nothing is working right. Is there some one in the fresno area that can take a look at it for me? I do have the T-Case out so i didnt have to work over my head. BTW the bearing cap is not wanting to go on rite. The shift fork shaft is not to long but there is something going on here. Also it doesnt seem like it shift's rite ether.
