    i found this sye and was wondering if it a good deal. it falls in to my price range.

    That is a damn good price. The only thing I would worry about is if this is the style of SYE kit where you have to press the bearings off the hub assembly. At that price, it probably doesn't matter much. Got a shaft picked out?

        not yet. probably a tom woods. i would like to get one at a local builder not sure yet.

          What a lot of guys do is get a used front drive shaft out of an XJ and have their local driveline shop shorten and balance it. You don't get the advantages of a CV, but you do get a super-cheap driveshaft. The only driveline shop I can think of off the top of my head happens to be in Fullerton.

                cool i work right there on orangethorpe and state college. so it is vary close, i was also thinking of unitraks.
