i installed today along with some other tings. new thermostat, tranny cooler, tranny filter, and alot of custom tube work lol

whe i installed the radiator i also threw in a tranny cooler and filter sence the thing sees hell and all...

How did the install go? Did everything line up like it was supposed to? Did it require drilling or bending or an adapter bracket of any kind?

no it was a piece. only adapter was for the overflow and thats just cuz i cut off the shroud. as far as the filters... thats what took my time.

you put a shroud back on it right? those really need the shroud...

shroud cracked and rubbed after the wreck so i took it out and im goin with an electric fan

goin with a ford taurus fan and ganna build a custom shroud. tonight im ganna draw up the wring so i can pick it all up tomorrow

That looks sweet... my buddies relay went out on his cherokee, so we wired the 'lectric fan to his headlight, and kep on wheelin'... yers should prolly just be ON or are you gonna hook it to a thermostat control?

ganna get fancy... i will have two switches... a on-off-on for auto-off-manual then another on-off for the high or low. im at work right now tryin to dream up the diagram... i want to tap into the AC also for the high fan.

by the way... any one know how expensive a sheet of aluminum costs? like sheet metal?
