arb cover leaking

well got my arb cover. i installed it last week. and put 400 miles on it with no problem. well i drove it to texas and after 1200 more miles on it. it started coming out of the vent tube. also i think around the pumpkin is dripping from there. it has the right amount of gear fluid in there. i used about 2 bottles of royal purple 75-140. it has a dipstick on it to check it. am either going to try to fix it here. or have it shipped back to cali and fix it later.

Two quarts is to much thats why its blowing out your vent tube, let about 1/4 of a quart out and you should be good to go. Same thing happened to me.

yeah I put about because I know there was some left in bottle. But I changed it all this morning and will have to pull it apart when I get back home. Was at Jeep dealer and they think the cover is actually smaller than original but nothing is for sure.
