door weather stripping!

the weather stripping on my passenger side door, is hanging off the bottom, the plastic peice underneath is busted, i had already glued it once, should i glue agaain? or just put a couple of screws in it??? im leaning towards screw quite frankly. ideas? suggestions? all would be apretiaited.

i dont have those damn mirror relocation kits yet!!! RAGE!!! i ended up putting a couple of good old inch and 3/4 drywall screws into her, got the job done. or maybe they were inch and a 1/4...hmm anyways thanks for the advice
