Lockable storage

Is there a product to buy or blueprints for like a lockable waterproof sort of box to go in the back behind my second row seats? one that works when the seats are set up and isnt too tall? just enough to hold some stuff when i have the top off so i dont get jacked. if not i think i will make my own out of diamond plate stainless with big brackets and a beefy lock.
