    Warning: Non-Jeep guy!

    Hello all,

I'm not a Jeep guy, but I see that you have been talking about Johnson Valley and the Friends of Johnson Valley in your land use forum.

    My name is Donald Gerber
I am the volunteer Secretary for Friends of Johnson Valley.

I've been wheeling for about 10 years now. My family and I used to live in Running Springs Ca where we wheeled the Big Bear Lake Ca. area on a regular basis. I most recently had an 85 Toyota 4runner, but am now building a competition legal Formula Toyota.

I volunteered as a judge for We-Rock competitions in the last two seasons, and am planning to be a competitor next year in Formula Toy.

I'm a member of the Rock Brawlers 4wd club. We are a fairly new club, consisting of mostly hardcore trail rigs and buggies. We frequent the Hammers and are going to do whatever we can to keep them open. We have about 25 members, mostly in Southern Ca, with some members in Northern Ca and even in Australia.

I'm looking forward to working with the FOJV group to keep our trails open. I hope that you will join us.

    Thanks,
    Donald
