unfortunatly, no. I wont be able to make it. I need to do some work on my pile of junk before I wheel it again. Its got a tranny leak, and some new clunks that I'd like to find. I'll try to make the next one.

I don't think I wanna do 200 mph in my heep! The damn thing is scary enough at 85....but I never had to cancel any outing in my jeep because of rain.

Now don't get my wrong, I think driving something in excess of 200 mph would be a kick in the butt, but jeeps are still better!

November 15-16th, Come check out some land speed racing! We will be there with one car maybe two, it would be nice to see some folks from MJR out there. There are mountains on either side of the lake bed that have some nice offroading. Directions to El Mirage . This is the meet that some of the big guns come to. We usually expect to see speeds in the upper 200's and lower 3's. Check out SCTA Web Site for more info. Hope to see you out there
