The Big Bear Forest Fest was a Blast! The IE4W did a great job and I for one was appreciative for the trail guides and for the spotter’s help on the more challenging sections of the trials. It was great to meet up and wheel with the others from MJR; Tom, Bruce, Dan, Rick and their families.
I made the mistake of going to this thing with new tires and wheels. My new good buddy Bruce was kind enough to spot the nice gouge in one of my wheels after I finished Dishpan Springs on Saturday. Well Bruce my friend, you’ll be happy to know that I managed to gouge up the other three wheels after Holcomb Creek on Sunday, so I now have a matching set! Too much fun!
