need help finding something

I found a product a little while back that I can't seem to find. It's essentially just a cold air opening. It required you cut an opening to the side of the hood, and then rivet this kinda finned/slotted plate over it for functionality for cold air, and looks. My dad is looking at something like this for his jeep, as he says that just a conical filter, with metal tubing isn't true cold air, as it's passing over the radiator and engine, and not coming from the outside...personally...I agree with the man. I've been looking all over for the thing, and can't seem to find it! Any help would be really appreciated.
