Uh... wheeling naked may work in Canada... but here there are more than 2 people per square 1000 acres.

The pants aren't "waterproof" but water resistent. Anything you put in water for an extended period... say... having to hook up a winch line underwater, or wading through the muck to get out of your situation... you're gonna be wet. Even if the pants have the water run off them, you're body is still gonna be wet as the pants aren't water tight sealed on your body. Maybe you could wrap yourself in Saran Wrap.

on a more serious note about waterproof, you should look at a pair of hip-waders. you can pick them up for cheap at most fishing stores, outdoors type stores, or even walmart. most people use them for fishing but they work great. ive got a pair in the jeep and they are extremly nice to have during a spring or fall runs when there is still ice in the puddles. i got mine at wholesale sports in calgary and paid around 60 for them.

A cheap, easy way to make your clothing waterproof is to spray them with scotchguard. You know, the same stuff they spray on couches and carpet?? It lets the liquids roll right off!! Works great!
