i know its taboo to talk about another forum, but can anyone else get onto the JU site? i havent been able to get on for about 3 wks now. ive read that its a Verizon thing. maybe maybe not.. is ju functioning right now?

I'm using Verizon Wireless on my laptop and I am able to get on JU with no problems. :dunno:

interesting. i downloaded firefox and i get it. actually its rather FAST!. i cleared my IE cookies but still wont get in with IE. oh well.

I think half the moderators here moderate on other sites
sheesh, it is a info hiway, you want traffic, traffic is good

Did someone get on your computer and play with your host file and block it via that?
Do you have a firewall installed, or one of the other anti-site programs running?
Also check your security settings, and see where they are set. Maybe decrease them to just try getting to JU.

nothing different. just me and my gf live in our place. ju was up and down periodically and the guy who runs the server posted up that its sometimes down on the weekends blah blah. i accepted that. now it simply wont get on at all. fire wall turned off, security at medium low, no pop up stuff.. nothing different than when i COULD connect. firefox gets on no sweat!
