Good to hear! (about the "adoption", not the giant pile of poop).

Tam, if they can't find a home for him, encourage them to give the poor guy to a no-kill rescue agency rather than the pound. The agency may even be able to help place the dog into another home without having to move it to one of the agencies *foster* homes. I would take him but I am facing the very real possibility of being unemployed for a couple of years (considering school full time), so I can't take on any more expenses, despite the fact that Cherokee would love to have another chew toy around all the time.....

My neighbor across the street doesnt have the time to spend with their pure bred Black Lab pup. I think hes nearly a year old. Shes got two little ones at home, as well as a full time job as a special ed teacher. Her husband is having to go away for three weeks for work(a fireman).

She is ready to take Zipper down to the local animal shelter. Hes a good boy, but needs some attention. He spends alot of time in his crate

Please let me know ASAP if you know anyone who would like to adopt him. Hed make a great companion. It hurts to see him go to the shelter Hes Zoes best friend. (NO, I cant adopt him, two kids, three dogs, two rabbits and CHRIS is MORE THEN ENOUGH!)

sorry for the crappy pics, I couldnt get him to slow down long enough to snap a pic!

    Thanks.

    Tam
