  • went out for a couple quarts of oil....

    and came home with this

    seriously though- we signed loan docs today and are still set to move in on may 20th! i've been keeping it somewhat quiet, but since most everyone knows... somehow... here are some pics

                      thanks everyone.. we're really excited (and a bit nervous!) about a commitment like this.. itsa lotsa money! unfortunately it wasn't available furnished.. the sellers chose some really nice styles & colors of furniture. would have made moving a lot easier too we didn't win the lottery- we just had to move as far from civilization as we could find, but still have running water and electricity
