Not sure *exactly* what I am seeing but it seems like some one trying to hot-rod up a pretty steep incline. I am saying hot-rod because the amount of dust. It could be they just gunned it at that spot due to traction loss.
Hard to really comment on it without knowing what happened before the picture was taken. I hope no one was hurt no matter what was involved.
the front tires are about 4' off the ground in that picture.
he is indeed hot rodding up the hill.
after a few failed attempts at finesse.. this method was attempted.

We discussed as soon as he started to take a few lines how it would either turn out very good(good advertising) if he got up the hill or very very bad if he rolled down.....

Best part about it all was after he almost went head over heels and decided not to try another time another guy used a little finesse and a different line and got up on his first try.

I particularly like his style, you know, if there is a chance of rolling it stick your head out the window so it gets crushed and you don't have to endure the shame of being such a fool.
