Interesting product with many applications:

1) customer service/BOFH
2) keeping an eye on the kids browsing habits (probably easier to do with a keystroke recorder and nameserver request logging)
3) collaboration, but I think it is of limited utility if only one person can control the mouse. It is nicer to use HTML than PPT for presentations, though.
