There's a loophole in the list. If you're currently doing business with a company they can call you. If that company has any partnership/affiliate/ownership/etc agreement with another company, the other company can call you as well.
This is especially a problem with mortgage companies. Because so many of them have dozens of little companies off them there's lots of wiggle room.
The list did reduce our number of unsolicited calls, though. Now, I just get the satisfaction of telling the mortgage salemen types that we're in escrow and we're not in the market for a mortgage. Just saying it makes me happy.

This is old news sarah. Signed up last year. Just get call manager and you won't get any calls from solicitors. I have been called for more than a year. You can get it from your phone company for about $4 per month.

You may not be able to stop ME from calling you at 2am, but it will stop others! If you haven't seen this, register yourself to s-t-o-p those annoying sales calls during dinner.
