Took my monkeys rock crawling

Took the dogs out for a little walk up icehouse canyon, had forgotten how nice an area it is for a hike.
Half way up the female dog decided she had done enough walking and tried to persuade us to head back down the trail.
After that disagreement was resolved we continued up the trail for another hour, some nice fall colors hear and there the little creek is still flowing nicely, man I love that area

Pretty dogs. Sounds like a great time. I haven't done that kind of thing near as much as I would have liked to with my doggy. He loves to go out and explore. Still, he's had acreage at his daily disposal, so he's fortunate in that regard.

Ice house is where I used to train for the summit climbs around here. Really like the area. And really close to your house too. Luck man.

mines not much of a rock crawler per se but he loves to go swimming for carp in big bear
