    I hate to say this but

    you guys are all wrong.

    His name is Richard Kilinmei. He's a very experienced member of Joey Chitwood's Stunt driving team who actually drives and parks his vehicle that way. Those are not wooden supports but actually "Wooden Tie-Downs" (patent pending) that prevent the truck from rolling the other way.

    Like that beating the parole violator/car thief/Police Chasee recieved the picture does not tell the whole story.
