  • We have an Unlimited in the family.

So we needed a pickup at work to do the small deliveries, a "gopher mobile" The gas hog stake bed 3500 gets about 7MPG if you baby it.
We were looking at Titans and Toyotas and that kind of truck, guess what followed me home? Hardtop ,kaki, its kind of cool actually grows on you.
It makes a great little pickup and in 4 years when its paid for and off the books it will become a highly modified trail rig.
Problem is it just looks wrong without doing something to it. Must resist!

Do I have to post in the long wheelbase section? Please say no! Still feels like a wrangler to me!

if you have a frame, we don't want you in the long wheelbase section

sounds like a good buy! if you're paying for it anyway (not leasing it), why not start modding it now?

    pics are a must!

Brian, I've created a thread in the subscriber forum that shows how to link pics, see it here.

In the meantime, here's the preview!

I havent really got under it yet to measure. First observations are that you sit lower in the seats. The suspension is pretty soft (car like). Got plenty of power w/373. Kind of cool to flip off the overdrive with a switch. Going to need a lot of work to get it off-roadworthy, but thats down the raod a few years.

Yea, this thing needs a tummy tucker. I have already high centered on little a couple times on stuff that my jeep wouldnt even touch when it was stock.
