Now this is just a theory and I'm not saying you should do this or anything...

There is a small drain hole at the bottom of these red-light camera boxes. It allows the housing to ventilate air and moisture so the glass doesn't fog up and clear pictures can be taken. This hole just happens to be about the same size as the hollow tube on a can of expanding insulating foam. In theory, it would take about 3 regular cans to fill the box completely. Maybe 2 cans of the insulating foam for big spaces. One of the neat side effects of the insulating foam for big spaces is that it keeps expanding after it flashes over. It would pop the box.

Now, don't ever do this! It's illegal destruction of property! Especially don't do this at the intersection of 17th and Tustin in Santa Ana. Remember, there are a total of 4 camera housings there for you not to fill with insulating foam.
