Desert shooting competition video

One of my friends on the base put together a shooting competition out in the desert. He provided everything needed for the day for 12 bucks. I had such a blast. When I got back to the house I got permission to buy a new pistol. I get to pick it up tomorrow! The video is a speed match where I beat the best two shooters for the day by a couple seconds. I placed second for my group. Not bad for not shooting a pistol in over 10 years.

I was out shooting at some of those with my 45 a few weeks ago. They hold together pretty well really.

Used to be I could back my truck up to any bowling alley, and they'd fil the bed with old pins until I told them to stop. Getting harder to find them now.

If you shoot them competitively, they get beat up pretty fast, as only the larger calibers "win"
