bend them back into shape, and reweld them.
it would be good to beef them up as well.

dukes69 just went through this on his jeep. maybe he will chime in.

I bought HD brackets from RE and had a shop weld a plate to the front of them. You need atleast one set of adjustable arms for this.

Im not sure but every one on jeep forum seemed to agree that if I was going to trust some one to weld on my axle assembly he was the one.

I agree with them. I'm looking forward to the weekend he's got time to do my front shock mod(that would be axle and frame). :yay:

Well, I have been having trouble with my track bar staying tight, even with a lock washer and the strongest loc tite, and my power steering gear box is crapping on me, so I have been getting death wobble here and there, So I think its been taking its toll on it. Im gonna start taking out the front axle, so Im going to remove my RE Control arms, check the bushings, and replace the power steering box, maybe get a RE, Track bar, replace my crappy pro comp steering stabilizer, Well I think I need to go !!!!! my self out for the money for all this not to mention my 32s are getting pretty worn, time for 33s as well.
