Header bolts.... exhaust recommendation

ok so my header is cracking... suprise suprise right?... yeah so I was gona get a aftermarket header but i am worried about the bolts snapping. So how many of you have had bolts snap? They dont look extrememly bad... but they are definitely dirty and rusted looking... I'm gonna spray the piss outta them with some W-d and rust remover... but I still wana know what your guys experiences with them has been.

Also.... I was looking at the Banks Torque Tube full exhaust setup....anyone have any comments or other suggestions? I dont want anything overly loud.... but I need some noise or it drives me insane when you cant hear the motor or r's....
