I know it has been covered before, but it is a recur ring problem in 04-06 TJ's. There was a technical services bulletin (TSB 18-028-06) regarding this problem. You won't pass smog if it is in the memory. Your computer will need to be re-flashed by a dealer. Apparently the computer is too sensitive to ethanol.
It was covered for me under the emissions warranty, which is a longer warranty than the basic warranty. Get it re-flashed before your emission warranty expires.
