those of you with the hf winch...which one do you have the 9000lb or the 8000lb and how do you like it?

Mounted it Saturday - now I need to have a place to remount the lights.

Damn- Always something.

Yeah, the holes don't line up, I'm gonna cut off the back of the mount, part of it, then drill holes in the bumper, and in the mounting plate. Gonna do it sunday maybe.

Yeah, the HF winch comes with a mount. Jim made my mounting plate part of the front bumper, but I think on a TJ the easiest way to deal with it is to drill the mount for the holes on top of the frame (I'm pretty sure the holes that are in it don't line up).

Cheapest way is simple "C" channel, span the frame holes.
