SRC Smittybilt Powder Coating fix.

So now that the old fenders are off I can repair the damage they caused to the Smittybilt bumper. Some 1000 grit sand paper to clean up the rust, vinegar to wipe it clean, A little newspaper, tape and left over truck bed liner spray paint and the coating looks better than it did�
