OH, BTW, I'm getting a D30, D44, tranny and transfer case, all for $75. They are supposed to be out of a 73 CJ-5, so it should be a T-14 and a Dana 20. If anyone is interested let me know, I have no need for those. I'll post them in the for sale section once I have them in my grubby hands.

    D30 disc brake conversion

How hard is it to convert a non-disc D30 to disc brakes. I've got a line on a set of early CJ-5 axles. They don't have disc though, and that is ok for now. The drums are bigger than what I have so that is a plus. Oh, and they will either have 3.73's like I have now, or 4.27's which will help with the 34's I'm getting in October.

Anyhow, if anyone has done this, or knows where there is a write up about doing this, will you please share it with me.

    Thanks!
