YJ: 4.0 / 5 speed driveshaft length

I know the 2.5 and 4.0 have different length rear shafts. Are the 4.0 rear shafts the same length between the manuals and autos?

no the auto trans is longer so it makes the rear shaft shorter. and vice versa
