anyone ever look to see where Spicer is made now?

Anyone ever care to explore where Neapco is made?

You might change your mind. Not to mention Neapco is coming out with a new design 760 size ujoint that is much better then spicer. Also, look and you will see that Dodge and I think its GM both have made the switch to Neapco for strength reasons...

I've had good luck with Federal-Mogul Precision stuff. You can get them from Summit. They have a premium Heavy-Duty model just for us Hoons that like to beat our junk against rocks...

Well I was curious to see if anyone actually did look on thier boxes and see that most All spicer parts are made out of the USA... Mostly in Mexico, and tawian.

Neapco though (New England Auto Parts Company) has produced and has no plans to move, all thier ujoint and most all thier driveline parts, in Nebraska & New Englang, USA...

                  From thier site..
"Opened in 1981, Neapco’s Beatrice, Nebraska facility has been expanded three times to accommodate the latest in CV and driveline manufacturing equipment, as well as a complete heat treat facility. To meet increasing demands, the Beatrice Plant was again expanded in the year 2000 to allow consolidation of all light and medium universal joint manufacturing, and to make room for a new distribution center.

Dont get me wrong though, I still feel very good putting spicer joints in my axles and driveshafts. But Neapco has a Performance line of driveshaft ujoints that are stronger and longer lasting now...
