  • I "fixed" the dent

I guess the "cuddly stuff" section is the appropriate area of this! That's one of the best b-day presents I have ever gotten (it was from my parents).

Well that is one way to fix it I guess (but I can still see it!). Personally, I prefer my jeep to be nekkid.

That's what I'm sayin' seabass! Become one with the dent! Give Rog a call and have him make you a label for it like we talked about. It'll impress all those cute students of yours out there in Madison (remember, chicks dig body damage).

Oh, if you haven't already done it, I would still prime/paint it so it doesn't rust when you get it out there, despite the un-mentionables you put on the front of it.

Agreed . . . I like to think of them as like scars on your hands . . . the real nice/good ones have a story. Except for this one . . . what in the hell . . . where did that come from

I speak from experience. I had one of those "sock" or "bra" things... whatever they're called. They get dirt under them and begin to scratch the paint where there is contact with the body. Do yourself a favor... take it off and return it. I hate to say this, I liked mine too, but you'll be better off.

                my $.02.

I think you guys just misunderstood .... I installed that cover so the dent would remain fresh for as long as possible

Sorry to say that the look has kinda grown on me. I like it when some things are left to the imagination
